The stay was awesome. worth to visit this location at least once in a year to destress yourself.

• Friendly staff • Location amidst the mountains • Accessible restaurant, game room, gym and spa • Variety of activities within the property • Weak data network so you are forced to take a break and relax

• Staff should inform guests about the activities available, their locations and available timings. • Wifi details must be made available at the time of check-in. The process must not be complicated with multiple passwords. • No menu for live stations for buffet. Guests must ask the staff if the live station is available and what is on the menu. • More detailed signage for amenities on the property

Paradise

Beautiful place with a scenic view. Loved the nature walk around the coffee plantation. The property is well maintained , spacious, and clean. A perfect getaway from the hustle bustle of daily life. Activities included are a part of the package, which includes horse riding, coffee museum etc. It was enriching learning about coffee plantations and how they also grow cardamom there. Over all a must visit as its a beautiful place.

This may not be suitable for people who want to do a lot of cite seeing in coorg or other places as its almost few kilometers away from those places which was not an issue for me as i wanted to stay away sorrounded in the coffee plantation. It's just a perfect place to unwind and relax in the resort as u don't need to step out as you could might as well have a great time in there.

The Resort was extremely well maintained and view was scenic and beautiful. 1. Away from the hustle 2. Courteous and helpful staff 3. Villa was spacious although I would have preferred a working kitchen too and bar service

I felt the services offered were not upto the mark 1. Spa service was overpriced at 5000+ which is much more and not value for money. My entire family took the servie expecting amazing service but were dissapointed. It was very much like any other spa you get in your city for 3k or less 2. The golf activities and other activities are ok ok. Nothing much to boast about like you see in the ad. Overall considering the facilities provided at the resort I felt spending 1 lakh + for 2 night was an overkill and not worth the amount. I would rather have spent a tad more and gone to Taj or Marriot

Nice high end resort

Great property with lots of amenities. Very well appointed and very comfortable. And staff are very well trained and professional. Very helpful too.

Property is very isolated and no food options closeby. However the food at the restaurant was not upto the mark initially until the head chef steped in. Not the best value for money option, for the price.

Excellent vibes. Value for money

It was a good stay. The food, facilities and the staff were all top notch. Real value for money. 1.The headchef Mathi was very informative and was a pleasure to speak with. The food was really good indeed. So many different cuisines were served as part of the at the table buffet service and each was quite authentic in preparation. Urmila, who was part of the waiting staff was especially polite, courteous and helpful. 2. Very comfortable and chillaxed vibe at the same time high on understated hospitality. 3. Horse stable - Maximus the white horse was especially awesome and the Golf course was delightful. Rahul the golf coach was very patient and helpful. 4. Coffee tasting and production process walkthrough was extremely informative 5. Rooms (mine was king room with mountain view) was larger than usual and all the things were just right. View was good.

The location is around 25kms from Mathikere town. It wasn't an issue for me at all, however something keep in mind in case nearness to the town is a factor. The gym can be moved to a more open and ventilated room in my opinion.
